At Drool by Dr. Chris Brown, we want you and your pet to love every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is clean and includes all original boutique labels.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
